All products are specifically made to order, therefore a minimum 50% deposit is required before your order can be processed. Once processed the deposit is non-refundable. This does not affect your statutory rights. ORDERINGOrders can be placed through our website contact page, post or telephone. In order to avoid communication errors we strongly recommend that orders be placed in writing via our website in addition to any telephone orders. We guarantee the accuracy of written orders however we accept no responsibility for errors as a result of verbal miscommunication.DELIVERYWe are unable to advise the precise postage cost until we have received the order. This will usually be via email. Our postage is calculated fairly according to the destination and weight of the order including packaging. We source the least expensive method for each customer. Alternative shipping methods can be arranged by the customer if they wish to do so. For single items please allow up to 14 days for delivery. This is as a result of certain products requiring up to a week curing time before being decorated. For large wedding packages we will advise you of a delivery date at the point of order confirmation. The proposed delivery date will usually be approximately 2 weeks before your wedding date. During busy periods we may require up to 3 months notice of your wedding date.PAYMENTAll prices are listed in UK pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. All orders must be paid for in full prior to shipping. We accept payment via cheque or direct bank transfer. Cheques must be cleared prior to shipping. Please state your method of payment when placing your order.REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTSAny discrepancies or faulty goods must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order. If an error has been made by Alesia Barry with regards to a written order, invoicing or packing we will gladly pay for return shipment. Goods must be repacked carefully for return and the package must include a letter identifying your invoice number, name and contact information as well as why the goods are being returned. Whether you require a refund or a replacement it is extremely important to provide as much detail as possible about what you are returning so that the return can be processed accurately and promptly.PRODUCT LIABILITYThe stability and nature of our products maybe altered depending upon storage conditions. Soy wax naturally contracts and expands which can sometimes leave what is commonly known in the industry as 'wet spots' on the sides of the glass. This does not in any way affect the performance of the candle and does not constitute a fault of any kind. Any wet spots (which are not actually wet, this is just the term used) tend to disperse and settle when the candle is lit and has warmed up. The soy wax used for our container candles is a soft wax and should be stored at room temperature and be kept upright at all times. Pillar candles should also be stored at room temperature (approx 75ºF).
